The quality auditors appointed by us conduct stringent quality tests at regular intervals using latest equipment and techniques. Furthermore, these tests are conducted at our fully-equipped quality testing unit. Furthermore, we test our containers, in order check whether these can efficiently perform after the shipment.

Some of the tests we conduct during the manufacturing process are:

• Drop Test: The qualified professionals undertake drop one from each side i.e. top, bottom & body portion to ensure total safety of the products during transportation
• Rolling Test: After the drop test, drum is rolled on the rough surface to ensure that there is no leakage from any part especially from the mouth portion
• Stake Load Test: Drum filled with material was kept one + 2 to ensure to see total pressure on the drum kept on the surface
• Leakage Test: We undertake air pressure test to check the leakage
• Monitoring Tests:
• Color uniformity test
• Printing adhesive test
